Kelly’s 5 simple tips to ease frustrations

If you are ever feeling frustrated or annoyed

1) Just feel frustrated

Nobody says it’s wrong nor bad to feel frustrated. They just didn’t say it was good. Oops.

2) Do something you like

Why not? If you can spend minutes or hours feeling uneasy, annoyed and frustrated over someone or some people, what’s stopping you from spending a teeny weeny few minutes on doing something that makes yourself happy? Don’t worry about wasting time. After all, you are the most important asset to yourself.

3) Talk to someone close to you

You know you can rant and complain at them without having them leave the conversation. Yes, it’s them. Just grab hold of them.

4) Talk to someone who is not close to you

You will be surprised to see how different your life is from that particular person. You might feel envious or lucky, happy or sad, strange or normal or feel anything that I haven’t mentioned. Whatever it is, know that everyone is different in his or her ways and lives. And everyone is facing their battles. So you know you aren’t alone in facing frustrations.

5) Smile widely!

Smile! Speak positive! If you think that your thinking dictates your actions, Think again! How about starting from a different way? What we do and say will actually eventually reflect our thinking and set the tone for what comes later.

In case you were wondering, yes, I was feeling frustrated. But well, let’s move on! What could be the worst thing that can happen to you?

Cheers!
