Sunshine surprise came knocking on the door on the night of 13 February.

I answered the door and the man said, “Kelly Swee?”

And yes it was for me, and yes it was from him! Yay! :D

Very happy and pleasantly surprised indeed! Alrights I have to admit this but the first thought that came into my mind was: Last year’s flowers seemed prettier! Haha!

But I do LOVE SUNFLOWERS! :D

Anyways I didn’t expect flowers this valentine, even though he is away again. We haven’t spent any Valentine together eversince we got together. The first Valentine we spent was horrible and I don’t intend to air it here. The following year, he was away for work. And this year, he was away to celebrate the Chinese New Year in his hometown. I hope next year would be better! I asked if he could promise that we’ll spend the next Valentine together and I heard hesitation. Sigh! But never mind, I believe there would be a day where we could do so! Just keep believing! :D

And it shouldn’t matter because our annual anniversary is just a week after V-day! Woohoo! I cannot believe that it’s only 2 years. I thought we have already been together for 5 years. That is why I always believe quality surpasses quantity. Even though it’s a mere 2 years, I always felt that I have known so much about him as well as through him, I have known myself much better. But I know there is so much more to discover about each other. Perhaps we would change after we get married or after we have kids. But whatever the change might be, I hope we could stay as lovey dovey as of now! Hehe! :P

Always looking forward to a day where we could build our home together and travel and work in the outskirts of the cities with him. At times, we get frustrated when we know that it takes time to build that kind of vision we have. At times, we get very inspired and motivated to take steps to pursue what we want. I guess the faith is very important. Believing that it is gonna happen will steer ourselves in taking actions to make the predictable come alive.
